PLANT DESCRIPTION
A tender annual grows up to 40cm, with soft branching stems; leaves opposite, ovate-lanceolate, with wavy margins; flowers bright yellow in terminal heads. Flower process a tingling sensation while chewing. Seeds many, small compressed and brown colored.
MEDICINAL PROPERTIES
Plant pacifies vitiated vata, kapha, pain, arthritis, tooth ache, stomatitis, fungal infections, ulcer and general weakness.
